As founder of Marina l’Équipe Immobilière and a passionate estate agent, my mission is to support each client with confidence, respect, transparency and a deeply human approach. Specialising in luxury properties, particularly in the prestigious Blainville neighbourhood of Fontainebleau, I am proud to have lived there for over five years. It is a neighbourhood I know intimately, where I rub shoulders with my neighbours on a daily basis, a neighbourhood I respect and strive to enhance with every transaction. My goal is clear: to be the undisputed benchmark for all property transactions in Fontainebleau and to offer a high-end, personalised service worthy of my clients’ trust.

My name is Sarah, and I’m a residential real estate broker. Before entering real estate, I worked for 14 years in the automotive industry, where I covered everything from customer service to sales to accounting. This experience taught me rigor, listening skills, and, above all, the ability to find solutions quickly—qualities I apply today in every transaction.

What led me to real estate? The need for a new challenge, a career that’s human, stimulating, and deeply rewarding. I discovered a true passion for supporting people through an important stage of their lives: selling or buying a property.

Originally from Vaudreuil and living in Laval for over 15 years, I am well-versed in the real estate market in these areas.
